All the contractors in this Directory have completed a special FEMA training for retrofitting the wood-framed, single-family houses and/or houses with living-space-over-garage earthquake vulnerabilities that qualify for CRMP retrofit grants.
- Earthquake Brace + Bolt (EBB) grant program participants may either do the work themselves, or hire a contractor from this Directory to complete their retrofit.
- Earthquake Soft-Story (ESS) grant program participants must choose a contractor from this Directory to complete their retrofit.
